Community guidelines

These guidelines are published in advance so the community is designed around them. Community features will open only when human moderation, reporting tools, and crisis procedures are in place.

• Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats, or shaming.
• Protect privacy — yours and others'. Don't share identifying details.
• No medical advice that contradicts professional care, and no instructions for using, obtaining, or combining substances.
• No selling, soliciting, or promoting anything, including treatment programs, gambling, or substances.
• No contacting people to pressure, recruit, or exploit them.
• Content involving suicide or self-harm is handled by moderators following a crisis procedure, with resources offered.
• Members must meet the minimum age set in our age policy before launch.
