How we correct errors
- Safety-critical errors — such as a wrong phone number or unsafe advice — are corrected as quickly as possible and the page date is updated.
- Substantive corrections are noted on the page with the date and a description of what changed.
- Minor edits for clarity or style are not individually noted.
